Our training program is divided into five modules. Each module takes four hours to complete. Registration for each module is $80 per participant. You may choose the module or modules that are best for your group. Our training offers the participants a free and confidential psychometric evaluation at the client’s request. This evaluation will help the leaders improve their skills, performance, and engagement. The training modules are as follows:

We are eager to start training your leaders. If you choose On-Site Training, we will follow all CDC requirements, such as maintaining distance and wearing masks, and will provide fully vaccinated trainers in compliance with federal regulations. Training can be set for an open environment if needed.
These workshops are designed to be presented online and last one hour. Workshops are offered once a month free of charge to all registrants.
