Mentoring Plans

NEW HIRES

• The new employee will obtain important information, good examples, and advice from his mentor. This mentoring plan promotes career growth and benefits both a mentor and a learner.
• We will provide our most experienced mentor to familiarize himself with the organization's culture for a day free of charge. Our mentor will then network with the new employee to introduce him strategically to the organization while obtaining the mentor's experience and advice. The program costs $20/day.

HIGH-POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES

• The new high-potential employee and his mentor will be paired with a senior-level leader for career-coaching interactions. The employee will be placed in a series of jobs in disparate areas of the organization for short periods to learn practically about the organization's structure, culture, and methods. The cost is $50/day.
• We are available for mentoring Monday to Monday for any shift in 24 hours. We look forward to providing you with the best our institution can offer.
