Ricardo Pineda, PhD

Under Dr. Pineda’s proposed initiative, LED Coaching was developed as a comprehensive leadership program designed for organizational managers to lead with superior performance but, most importantly, to be attuned to the feelings of those they lead. Dr. Pineda has over 35 years of leadership experience and many hours of coaching and mentoring leaders in the manufacturing industry. Here is a summary of his achievements: 


EXPERIENCE

  • Certified Coach- Certified coach from Master Coach University, San Diego, California. Over 4,000 coaching hours were spent supporting corporations with insightful safety awareness. The leaders learned to recognize stress-related complacent behaviors to prevent safety errors and fatalities.
  • High-Performance Teams' Mentor- As a company leadership group member, coached leaders in providing superior systems functionality with sustainable performance. The coached leaders became members of high-performance teams, achieving twice the prestigious "World Class" status of their organizations.
  • Strategic Coach- Assigned engineer manager, leader, and trainer responsible for technical groups during modernization projects. Help develop strategies and tactical plans for the retention of skills and talents aligned with the human resources goals of multiple organizations.
  • Safety Coach- An essential safety champion leader by coaching and developing safety awareness in diverse industry cultures. Manage customer relations by implementing emotional intelligence competencies to build trustful relationships among organizational leaders and clients.

Carlos Krapp Ipince

Mr. Carlos Krapp is LED Coaching, Latin American Executive Director. Carlos's leadership experience represents LED Coaching values and vision so we can continually improve the leadership competencies of our Spanish-speaking leaders. His executive leadership coaching experience is precious for LED Coaching to help expand, develop, and support the Latin American workforce needing leadership training at all levels of management. 


Carlos's bilingual (Spanish-English) ability allows him to be a more effective Senior Executive consultant in many Spanish-speaking commercial and industrial sectors of the Latin American Continent. His executive management experience, knowledge of diverse industries, and multiple national and international organizational strategic interventions have made him a leading authority in his leadership consulting career. EXPERIENCE

More than thirty years of managing experience with the following corporations:

  • Proper Management- Served as an Executive Coach and Senior Consultant. He also served as a Senior Consultant for Careers Transitions.
  • Phelps Dodge- PDIC, Cable Divisions, Peru. An International Corporation. Served as a General Manager at Peru’s electrical cable markets.
  • Sullair del Pacifico- Served as an Executive Project Manager at the Tools Commercial Division Peru. Carlos has vast experience managing the selection of state-of-the-art air compressors.
  • BOSCH Autorex Peruana- Served as the Power Tools Division Manager, supporting the Peruvian market with the best-proving power tools in the world. 
  • Geyer Kabel Peru- Formal Project Manager supporting startups of brands such as Nexans (Mining Industry) and Phelps Dodge Cabling Division.
  • Independent Coaching and Consultant- where he currently applies competencies acquired through his Industrial Engineering career and Systemic Coaching work. He is also directing the career transition for Senior Executives.

MY VISION 

From the beginning of my leadership career, coaching others became my passion for two main reasons. First, because it personally allowed me to recognize my desire to help others, and second, it allowed me to take control of my life. Since then, I decided to lead and coach others, encourage them to move their knowledge forward, teach them to make sound decisions and reach for excellence in all they do throughout their personal and professional careers.
